Flight Around the U.S.A.


	This educational adventure commenced on June 10, 2003 at Kill Devil Hills, NC and proceed clockwise around the perimeter of the U.S.A. in a two seat Cessna 152 aircraft, returning to Kill Devil Hills, NC. Anse Windham and his 12 year old grandson, Brealon Ashworth spent about a month traveling, landing in 36 states and Mexico. The airplane has been painted to resemble a Texas flag.


	Brealon was a 7th grade student at the Chestnut Grove Middle School in King, NC. He is an Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) "Young Eagle", plays soccer, and shoots hoops.


	Anse is a retired air traffic controller and active flight instructor and has flown more than 390 "Young Eagles".
